Depart from Hobart in our Courtesy Coach at approximately 8am.
In one hour arrive at our TASMAN ISLAND CRUISE CENTRE where you check in and are briefed about the adventure you are about to embark upon with our WORLD RENOWNED TASMAN ISLAND Cruises.


After boarding Tasman Islands newest vessel, MV Attitude – we depart Pirates Bay for our Wilderness Adventure.

We view the tallest Sea Cliffs in the Southern Hemisphere 300 metres vertical rising up out of the rugged coastline.

Enter Sea caverns that have been hewn out of the cliffs over millions of years by the relentless tides and wave action.

It is here that you appreciate why our vessel is affectionately referred to as the ultimate Four Wheel Drive of the sea!


The adventure continues and we experience numerous interactions with Australia and New Zealand fur seals, Albatross and Dolphins.


Throughout this wildlife experience we showcase Australia´s wildest coastline and visit the TOTEM POLE, Breathing Rock, Cape Hauy, CANDLE STICK and of course TASMAN ISLAND with its lighthouse perched high above its foreboding and timeless cliffs.


Our skipper Craig Parsey describes what it was like as a lighthouse keeper in yesteryear. He should know - His father manned this lighthouse when Craig was a boy!


After circumnavigating TASMAN ISLAND we now return to Pirates bay wider than when we came down, to take the opportunity of viewing the daily feeding frenzies common with SEALS, DOLPHINS and Birdlife in this cauldron of Sea Life.


WHALES are often seen on the return so don’t be surprised if our Crew gets a little overly excited about all this!!


You can understand that this part of the world and our cruise is rapidly becoming the most talked about Cruise Adventure of a lifetime!


After being fare welled by Skipper and crew, we lunch at the BLUE SEAL CAFÉ before visiting Port Arthur Historic site – Tasmania’s most popular Tourist attraction. It is here where you will step back in time and learn how unforgiving and hostile life would have been like in this remote region of yesteryear that has now become a part of Tasmania´s convict history and Heritage.


Sadly, all good things come to an end and we depart the Historic site and return you to your accommodation in Hobart by 6pm.

Refund/Cancellation Policy.

All tours are subject to suitable sea conditions. Tasman island Adventure Cruises reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour at any time due to weather or other such circumstances. In the first instance we shall endeavour to re schedule the tour at a time and date that is suitable to all parties. If we cannot re schedule the tour for you due to the above, we will provide a 100% refund. Should the customer choose to cancel their booking between 8am and 5pm the day before the scheduled tour, a 25% cancellation fee applies. If the tour is cancelled by the customer after 5pm the day before the scheduled tour, a 100% cancellation fee applies. In all other instances a 15% cancellation fee applies.
